The Importance of Empathy
How can we strengthen our bond with our region and invite our community to reflect and act for change? We brought the screening of One Day One Day to Parma: a documentary co-produced by Will Media, A Thing By, and directed by filmmaker Olmo Parenti, depicting the close yet parallel reality of migrant agricultural workers.

A journey through the lives and emotions of the young workers, authentically captured by the young director, thanks largely to the human connection he established with each of them.
A Moment for Reflection
At the end of the screening, the evening concluded with a discussion featuring director Olmo Parenti, Will Media CEO Riccardo Haupt, and the audience, moderated by Simona Torre, General Director of Fondazione Italiana Accenture, for a moment of open dialogue with the entire city.
