The Type Fa.Ce. A Unique Character
A project that transforms disability into ability.
Listen, listen, listen
Originality, creativity, and inclusivity are the keywords of the communication project we developed to support Fa.Ce. Parma: an association founded in 2006 by a group of parents of children and young adults with disabilities. Fa.Ce. works to ensure that disability does not mean inability but rather adaptability. Our creative team involved the young people of the association in creating a new font, which we named "The Type Fa.Ce.: A Unique Character."
Different stages
The project was carried out in three stages. First, we conducted a creative workshop with the young people from the association to create the alphabet, with each letter telling a unique story. Next, we digitized each character and brought the new font to life. Finally, we launched a platform where The Type Fa.Ce. can be downloaded.
