The first international forum, born in Italy, on advancement in Science and Technology in an interconnected, resilient and sustainable way
Alisei, National Cluster of Life Sciences and official Italian incubator for biotechnology, entrusted Ad Store with the organization and communication of the first international Global Forum dedicated to relaunching Italy in the field of science and technology, while promoting the creation of resilient and sustainable health systems. The forum premiere was staged at Expo 2020 Dubai, in the beautiful setting of the Italy Pavilion, during the Expo Health & Wellness Week dedicated to global health challenges. The Alisei Cluster took center stage, alongside Bracco Group (Gold Sponsor of the Italy Pavilion), the Italy for Expo Commission, and the involvement of a selected panel of institutional and scientific speakers of international renown. The event was a wonderful challenge for The Ad Store Group and saw the involvement of both the Italian and Dubai agencies.
The communication plan
An Italian-Emirati integrated media relations strategy
How to promote this debut and create the best possible background to establish the forum among the global leading events on life sciences? By leveraging on an integrated media relations plan based on which we built key editorial partnerships, starting with Wired and Il Sole 24 Ore in Italy. And, with a total readership of over 8 million people, The Ad Store successfully established the contents of the event both in the UAE and in Italy, the market that will host the future editions of the Health Innovation Global Forum.

A cross-channel and phygital communication strategy
A multi-channel event, strategic endorsements, social conversations, media advocacy and community mentorship. By activating offline and digital communication drivers as well as a rich program of in-person debates and digital workshops during the Health & Wellness Week at Expo 2020 Dubai, we built a holistic communication platform that amplified Alisei's brand awareness, positioning the Cluster as an authoritative and globally unifying point of reference in accelerating biomedical and technological R&D projects.
