A Tailor-Made Social Media Strategy
Privé by Zalando, Zalando’s exclusive online shopping club, chose us with the goal of increasing brand awareness and consideration in the Italian market through a strategic social media marketing approach. The primary challenge was to attract a new, highly targeted audience, particularly Millennials and Gen Z, by driving them to the official Instagram profile and optimizing the conversion rate.

We reimagined the iconic meme #maiunagioia (never a joy) with a positive, funny, and inclusive twist. The strategy revolved around three core drivers: a must-have deal every day, daily entertainment content, and people at the heart of the story. The goal was to position Privé by Zalando as a fashion playground — a vibrant, ever-evolving space where everyone can find their daily dose of joy.
How? Through an integrated social media strategy that blended high-quality content production, strategic boosting, engaging formats inspired by key fashion trends, and a tone of voice that highlighted the brand core values: inclusivity, authenticity, and positivity.
